Our Guarantee — 100% Satisfaction.
Neon Moon will exchange the defective item for one in working order. If that is not satisfactory to the customer, we will refund the purchase up to 100% of the value. We do ask for the defective product in exchange for the new product so we may send it back to our supplier.

If the customer does not want the product purchased, provided it’s still in working order, Neon Moon will refund the full merchandise value up to 15 days from the time of purchase. Product must be in its original packaging, in resalable condition and a receipt must be provided. Return freight for products sent back to NEON MOON is the responsibility of the customer.

If the customer cancels an order after it has been placed, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
